A spacious entry foyer opens into the expansive living and dining room, where during the day light pours in from the sunroom's generous windows. Massive chestnut beams hold up the 12-foot traditional Tuscan clay tile ceiling.

Grouped around a fireplace with a marble mantelpiece are a comfortable sofa and two upholstered armchairs. The teak dining table accommodates dinner for up to eight with ease. An antique storage cabinet offers a selection of books and CDs for guests to enjoy during their visit.
